BY PURCHASING ANY ARTWORK FROM ME, YOU ARE STATING
THAT YOU HAVE READ AND AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS.
I WILL WORK UNDER THE ASSUMPTION
THAT YOU HAVE READ MY T.O.S.I obtain the right to cancel a commission and not refund any payment made in the event of a violation to my terms of service.My artwork and commissions are FORBIDDEN to be used as NFTs or for AI.

Payment

By paying me, you automatically accept that you are paying for a digital product/service, so it’s impossible to get a physical item.Also you are automatically confirming that you are the owner of this account and money, or have permission to use it fully.You agree to give up any attempts of chargeback. If any are made, it will be considered bad faith by the buyer and will result in automatic loss of art made and any rights to it.If you use the digital product after getting a refund you, you are fully aware of the possibility of legal actions.Commission cancellation and refund:

  • Haven't started drawing / in the early process - 90% refund

  • In the middle process - 50% refund

  • Almost finished / finished - no refund

I will never use your information or name beyond us. I will never share or mention it to anyone without your express permission.

Time Frame

I have from 2 weeks to 2 months to finish the commission. Subjected to change based on life and complexity of commissionsDeadlines are acceptable as long as I'm warned beforehand. A minimum of 7 days from the time of ordering is required. For the quicker time additional fees may apply.If something happens and I won't be able to meet a deadline, I'll let you know (cancellation or discount possible).Gentle reminders every now and then are acceptable.

Copyright/Usage Policy

You may use your commissioned artwork for personal use, but cannot claim that you are the one who made it.
This includes, but is not limited to, cropping the art to use for icons, banners, badges, tattoos, etc.You may repost the commission onto your social media, but you must credit me.My art is FORBIDDEN to be used for NFTs or other crypto-based platforms.
My art is FORBIDDEN to be used for AI.

Prohibited

Using my artwork commercially (making money off of it by any means).Taking credit for my artwork / claiming as your own.Removing or purposefully cropping out my watermarks/signature.Editing/altering the artwork itself (without my permission).

Other

I have a right to decline commission for whatever reason.I own all rights to the artwork I have created along with the rights to post my artwork where I deem necessary. If the commissioner chooses to keep the commission private, they must mention it during the process of ordering a commission. Privacy fees change based on commission type and complexity.Chibi commissions have simplified background and details, unless stated otherwise.I reserve the right to refuse a NSFW commissions if I know that the customer is under 18. Purchasing any NSFW type of art from me confirms you are at least 18, and you agree to this; if this is untrue at any point, it is not my responsibility.Prices showcased for commissions are for reference only and reflect the minimum possible amount.
